Assoc. Prof. Dr. Viroch Impithuksa, Acting President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, presided over the certificate presentation ceremony for graduates from Thai Applied program (one – year course) for 31 Chinese students, academic year of 2013 which is the co-operative project with Nanning College for Vocational Technology or NCVT, PRC on 26 March 2014 at Abhakara Meeting room, Faculty of Liberal Arts.
