The Electronic Control Unit for the Dual Diesel Fuel Engine

Gas Engine (DGE)
The invention is an electronic control unit (ECU) for a dual diesel fuel engine. Through the use of mathematical equations, new hardware and software have been designed to increase efficiency and reliability of the engine. The ECU has been programmed to adjust the optimum quantity of gas passing through the inlet manifold to suit all speeds and changes in terrain. Fuel gas travels through the nozzle at a controlled millisecond due to the ECU software. By inducing gas acceleration, there is no issue with knocking. As a result of the new ECU software and hardware, the combination of horsepower and torque is significantly increased. Then, the system is able to achieve a maximum cost saving of more than 50% in fuel costs.
The outstanding features of the invention
- ECU can be used with two kinds of gases (Diesel + NGV or Diesel + LPG) Unknocking in all conditions
- Cost saving > 50% for Diesel + NGV Cost saving > 40% for Diesel + LPG
- More than 15% increase of horsepower and torque
- No need to modify engine
- Low cost for installation compared to other systems
- Low cost for maintenance
