RMUTP students participated in “UBI PITCHING DAY”, the competition of business plan-making for young entrepreneurs, hosted by the Business Incubator Center in a higher institution in the lower central region at the King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Bang Khun Tian Campus. The objective of this project is to boost their performance and motivate their confidence for young entrepreneurs and get ready before getting through the process of Pre-Incubation. Mr. Sithipakorn Yanpunya, and Ms. Pinjutha Kuldithee from Octagram Team, RMUTP presented their project of “Catch Vans Application” and won the 1st prize in Innovative Business Plan of 2022.
“Catch Vans Application is an application for reservation of public van transportation with user-friendly interaction. The application will show a schedule of public van departure, fare rates, driver’s record, public van status, real-time GPS, and transportation distance” Mr. Sithipakorn said. This project was advised by Dr. Srisuda Intamas Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, Ms. Viranpatch Asampinpongs, Head of Marketing, and Mr. Watcharapol Sunontharaj from the Faculty of Business Administration, Manager of University Business Incubator of RMUTP.
