On November 22, 2022, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) participated in the scholarship ceremony for disabled students in 2022. This scholarship offers to students with physical movement problems who performed a good class score and were well-behaved but having financial problems in the area of Bangkok Metropolitan Region and 3 Southern Border Provinces. This opportunity was honored by Gp. Capt. Paradon Kumsap, President of the Foundation for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (FEPD) to preside over with Asst. Prof. Dr. Natchayathorn Wattikornsirikul, Assistant to the President for Industrial Linkage, RMUTP Representative joined in the seminar under the topic “Give to Build by our hands”. This opportunity also provides an academic exhibition from the Digital Interdisciplinary and Robotics Institute (DIRI), Faculty of Engineering, RMUTP at Impact Forum, IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center.
“RMUTP is ready to support all disabilities to reduce social inequality by offering an educational support, build their own career path, and earn an extra income which could be another platform for disabilities to show their performance and improve their lives. Moreover, our university also develops to have a friendly design for all disabilities such as wheelchair pathways, Electronics Elevators, Students desk with various physical support for disabilities, and digital technology for learning support” Asst. Prof. Dr. Natchayathorn said.
