RMUTP signed MOU and co-hosted with 16 public sectors in RoboCup 2022

     

         On June 16, 2022, Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) agreed to build cooperation by signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) and co-hosting of the 25th World RoboCup 2022 event between RMUTP and 16 public sectors which are Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Mahidol University, Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, Prince of Songkhla University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Chitralada Technology Institute, Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Dhurakij Pundit University, Southeast Asia University, Mahanakorn University of Technology, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NECTEC) at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The event of RoboCup is focused on the research of Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Industrial Development, especially in the robotic and autonomous industry including the representation of robotic engineering competency and knowledge sharing from all educational levels around the world.

         On this occasion, Mr. Peerapat Ovartchaiyapong, Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Education, RMUTP was one of the World RoboCup 2022 Committee in RoboCup Rescue Robot League Type, and the students from RMUTP also joined as volunteer staff in this type.
