On November 6th, 2019, having been assigned by Assoc.Prof. Supatra Kosaiyakanont, Asst.Prof. Acting Sub Lt. Watchara Phothisorn, Director of International Affairs Division, presided over the meeting concerning exhibition booth at “China Education Industry International Cooperation Expo & Sino-Thai Project Matchmaking Seminar in Bangkok” held from 8th – 10th November 2019, by Asian-International Trade and Investment Association (AITIA). The meeting was attended by the representatives of various offices and divisions in RMUTP, and also the representatives of both Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep and Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin at 2nd Floor meeting room, Multi-purpose building, Thewet center.
The exhibition is to promote Thai universities to the Chinese education market which is highly growing at present. It is also to allow Thai universities to join education alliance with Chinese universities. RMUT Phra Nakhon, RMUT Krungthep, and RMUT Rattanakosin will be the representatives of the nine Rajmangala Universities to arrange education booths at this exhibition. Besides, there are other important activities as follows.
1. The MOU Signing Ceremony between AITIA and the other four higher education associations, namely Association of the Council of University Presidents of Thailand, Council of Rajamangala University of Technology Presidents, Board of Presidents of Rajabhat University, and Association of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand,
2. The establishment of the Thai-Chinese Education Alliance consisting of RMUTP, other Thai allies and Chinese allies,
3. Thailand university student entrepreneurship (UBI/ Co-operative Education) Forum,
4. Visits to Ministry of Education and Ministry of Higher Education by leaders and representatives of Chinese education institutions, and the educational visit to RMUT Rattanakosin, Salaya area on the 9th of November.
