International Affairs Division held a training program concerning Cyber Security and Cloud Computing Security for RMUTP and other nine RMUT lecturers and students with the collaboration of Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand Embassy, and Knowledge Plus on 30 November – 1 December 2017. The guest lecturer is Mr. Monjur Ahmed, a lecturer and PhD. student of Waikato Institute of Technology abbreviated as WINTEC. He specializes in computer security system.
The program focuses and studies on the security of computer and cloud system. Moreover, the attendees have a chance to analyze and discussing all real case studies about the possible factors that causes computer hacking and classified information leaked to the public website. For afternoon session, the guest speaker introduces Linux operating system and its usage on investigating hacking incident.
