On September 30th, 2017, Prof. Supatra Kosaiyakanont, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, presided over the opening ceremony of the online course: “the Internet of Things” held by Prof. Kevin Fynn, Head of School of Electrical Engineering and Computing and Ms. Nazanin Muhammadi from Curtin University at Self Learning Center, Thewet campus, RMUTP.
The online course consisted of 2 days session on 30th September and 1st October 2017 which was broadcast live from Perth, Australia by a speaker: Asst. Prof. Ian Murray, a lecturer from Curtin University. The course focuses on how the internet influences daily life of each individual and how it connects all things together.
This academic collaboration between RMUTP and Curtin University was considered as another big step for the both institutes to further seek more collaboration together in the future, and it was considered as a big step for RMUTP as a digital university.
