On behalf of the President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, RMUTP delegates led by Dr. Singkaew Pokterng, Director of Research and Development Institute, and Dr. Duangleuthai Nicomrat, Deputy Director of Research and Development Institute joined the MOU signing ceremony between Royal Thai Army and Office of the Higher Education Commission at Royal Thai Army Headquarters, on February 4, 2015. The ceremony was held by the Policy and Plaining Division of Thai Army Research and Development Office.
