Prof.Sergey N, Kulkov and Prof.Sergey V. Panin from Tomsk State University and Tomsk Polytechnic University met RMUTP administrators and signed MOU. Also, they gave a lecture to the faculty of Engineering titled, “Russian Innovations and Scientific for Thai industries,” in January 2010.
