“The Faculty of Textile Industries and Fashion Design, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, led a team of students in presenting a fashion design showcase at ‘THE COCOONS CENTRALWORLD GRADUATE FASHION WEEK 2023.’ The event took place at CentralWorld Shopping Center from September 20th to 24th, 2023. Seventeen sets of fashion design thesis works by students majoring in Fashion Design and Textile were displayed under the concept ‘Butterfly Soul: The Essence of Butterflies,’ symbolizing the emergence of living entities. Dr. Narupon Paisan-tanwiwong served as the advisor. The event featured runway displays by new designers from various institutions alongside Thai and global designers, and leading fashion brands under the campaign ‘centralwOrld fashion citizens.’ During the event, Assoc. Prof. Sarathat Kaengpenkae, Assistant to the President for Student Affairs, showed appreciation, encouraged, and admired the students’ works from the Faculty of Textile Industries and Fashion Design.”
