Dr. Kongkiat Mahain, Assistant President for Cultural Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), was invited by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) to present research outcomes in the field of community-integrated product design and cultural integration. This presentation took place within the BCG Market Zone at the Hexagonal Pavilion of the Kasetsart University Agricultural Fair between January 28th and February 5th, 2022.
During the event, RMUTP, along with the Naya Yao community in Samut Chai Khet District, Chachoengsao Province, showcased and sold products resulting from their research. The Naya Yao community is part of a research project focused on knowledge management for community-based benefits, aligned with the principles of royal initiatives. This project falls under the Knowledge Management and Technology Transfer from Research and Innovation program, funded by the National Research Council of Thailand in fiscal years 2561 and 2563. The project was managed by the Faculty of Textile Industries and Fashion Design, along with the Faculty of Business Administration, RMUTP.
