RMUTP, in collaboration with Saigen Co., Ltd., organized the RMUTP Job Fair or Metaverse Job Fair. The opening ceremony was chaired by Dr. Nattawat Plangprasopchok, the President of Mahidol University. He discussed the event, highlighting that RMUTP Job Fair is an online activity that utilizes cutting-edge technology, such as the Metaverse, to create a platform for gathering businesses and providing guidance to students.
The event aimed to educate students about the job application process, interview techniques, and explore opportunities for freelancing or entrepreneurship in the future through exposure to new experiences in the Metaverse world. The fair featured the Bangkok Metropolitan Job Placement Office (Area 8), the Bangkok Social Security Office (Area 1), and 29 participating companies that set up booths to recruit for more than 50 positions. These opportunities garnered significant interest from undergraduate students, particularly those in their third and fourth years, across nine different faculties.
