Congratulations to the students of the Master of Technology (Textiles, Apparel, and Fashion) program from the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) for winning silver and bronze medals at the 2024 Higher Education Innovation Awards as part of the Thailand Research Expo 2024. The event took place from August 26-28, 2024, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, Bangkok.
Mr. Theerapat Panyapian won a silver medal for his project “Bags Made from Waste Threads in the Textile Industry,” under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattanaphol Mongkholrattanasit., Lecturer Natdanai Rungreungkitkai from Kasetsart University, and Lecturer Naowarat Chatiwattanapornchai from Kasetsart University.
Ms. Hataitip Srichomphu and Mr. Jiramet Suparat won a bronze medal for their project “Batik Fabric Application Kit from Taro Starch and Painting with Natural Colors,” under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattanaphol Mongkholrattanasit and Asst. Prof. Jaroon Klaichoi.
