On December 19, 2022, Assistant Professor Korn Puangnak, Vice-president for Digital Development, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) presided over the knowledge sharing session of “Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019) and PDPA documentation” hosted by the Human Resources Management Division at Kromluang Ratchaburi Direkrith Conference Room, Faculty of Industrial Education. This occasion was honored by Mr. Chonnapat Winyawat, Executive Director’s Office of Contract and counseling 3, Department of Legal Counsel, Office of the Attorney General to be a guest speaker on the topic “PDPA Overall” and “PDPA Practice Guideline and Sample Documentation” which had 77 RMUTP staffs participated in this session.
