RMUTP is actively engaged in knowledge dissemination and the transfer of product processing techniques to the “Puey” community in Erawan Phakorn District.

The Technology Clinic Center of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) conducted its second project at the “Safe Banana Village” community in Puey, Erawan Phakorn District, Ban Khud Subdistrict, Chai Nat Province, on July 25-26, 2565 (2022). In collaboration with Assistant Professor Dr. Nompit Suwitbutr from the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Ms. Chanicha Prajakchit from the Research and Development Institute, the project aimed to provide lectures and practical training on suitable raw material selection methods in the production process. This was done to reduce astringency and enhance the sweetness of baked bananas.

The event included the transfer of technology for producing various coated banana products, such as chocolate-coated baked bananas, almond-coated baked bananas, green tea-coated baked bananas, rolled bananas, and coated bananas, to the members of the Puey, Erawan Phakorn Community Learning Center.

The Technology Clinic Center, affiliated with RMUTP’s Research and Development Institute, serves as an academic and professional service provider to society. It leverages the university’s expertise in research, inventions, innovations, and technologies to benefit and uplift communities.
