Mr. Parames Saisuthi, 3rd year student of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), won the 1st runner up of “Makro Mystery Box Junior Chef” Thailand Youth Championship, Silver Medal of Makro Food for Delivery Challenge, and Bronze Medal of Grab&Go Creative Dessert Challenge from 15th Makro HoReCa Challenge 2022 which select representative to join in international chef competition. The event was held on November 17 – 20, 2022 at IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center.
During this event, Mr. Jiradech Laoart, 3rd year student of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), won a Bronze Medal of Makro Food for Delivery Challenge from Local Ingredients and was instructed by Food and Nutrition Lecturers of Faculty of Home Economics Technology, RMUTP.
