RMUTP have taken the realm of Tawarawadi to the virtual world through VR gaming.

Dr. Chantana Papadta, the faculty member responsible for the Special Project course in Multimedia Technology at the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, stated that the Multimedia Technology program focuses on cultivating multimedia practitioners, animators, and professional gamers capable of creating works that resonate with digital media in the digital age.

The program’s emphasis lies in producing graduates who are experts in multimedia technology, special technical design, infographic design, motion graphics, animation, web development, various applications, 2D and 3D games, and who can apply augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies for future advancements. For this special project, students collaborate to produce a single piece of work that encompasses the knowledge and skills they’ve acquired over a span of three years.
Upon successful completion, these projects will be showcased and exhibited to the public through exhibitions organized by the program. Some selected works will also be featured at the CentralWorld shopping complex and be part of the Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) Film Festival. Additionally, the outcomes will be promoted through various social media platforms.
