On August 4, 2022, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), presided over the opening ceremony of the 3rd Knowledge Management (KM) Project on the topic of fundamental legal knowledge. This event was organized by the Legal Affairs Division as part of the commemoration of the passing of His Royal Highness Prince Purachatra Jayakara on August 7th of every year, which is also known as “Wan Rapi.” His Royal Highness Prince Purachatra Jayakara was revered as the father of Thai law and was instrumental in promoting legal reforms in Thailand.
The event aimed to highlight His Royal Highness’s contributions and kindness and to provide fundamental legal knowledge related to governance and administrative cases. This initiative aligned with the ethical principles of the university. The seminar featured legal expert Mr. Phornchai Manasiriphan, President of the Environmental Case Department at the Supreme Administrative Court, as a guest speaker to exchange knowledge. The seminar was attended by university administrators, staff, and students, with a total of 100 participants in both online and on-site formats. The event took place at the Rapi Pat Conference Room, RMUTP’s Office of the President, Thewes Campus.
