On October 25, 2022, led by Mr. Watcharapol Sunnatrachai, the manager of the Business Incubation Center, and his team, including Miss Sasiwimon Bunsawongsa, a startup-level entrepreneur supported by the budget allocation from the Thailand Research Fund (TRF) TOR 2564-2565, they met with Dr. Tanaphon Sotonyam, an associate professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Industrial Technology. The purpose of the meeting was to seek consultation on conducting research to enhance the value of durian products.
