RMUTP Hosts RMUTP Job Fair 2024: Bridging Students with Career Opportunities
On November 26, 2024, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), through its Student Development Division, organized the RMUTP Job Fair at Mongkol Apa Meeting Room 3, 3rd Floor, Mongkol Apa Building, Faculty of Business Administration, RMUTP Bangkok Commercial Campus. The event was presided over by Asst. Prof. Sattha Khaengpenkhae, Assistant to the President for Student Affairs, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon,
In his opening speech, Asst. Prof. Sattha highlighted that the event was a collaboration between RMUTP, the Bangkok Area 8 Employment Office, the Bangkok Area 1 Social Security Office, and Job Top Gun. The goal was to prepare students for the workforce by offering workshops on resume writing, career guidance tailored for Generation Z, and education on social security rights. The event targeted third- and fourth-year students from nine faculties, with 58 companies participating to provide guidance and recruit for over 1,500 job positions.
Additionally, the event featured engaging activities, including concerts, a balloon display, and an on-campus marketplace under the theme “From Play to Learn: Play and Learn.”
Asst. Prof. Sattha stated:
“RMUTP students are distinguished by their identity as practical graduates. To enhance their readiness, the university continuously improves its professional education programs to align with labor market demands. We aim to develop students into high-level knowledge workers, or quality skilled professionals. Moreover, we organize diverse activities during the academic year to foster learning both inside and outside the classroom.”
The RMUTP Job Fair 2024 successfully bridged the gap between education and the professional world, equipping students with essential skills and opportunities to excel in their careers.
