Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Welcomes a Delegation from Guizhou Vocational College of Industry, People’s Republic of China
On November 12, 2024, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) warmly welcomed a delegation of seven executives from Guizhou Vocational College of Industry, People’s Republic of China, during their visit for discussions and collaboration. The delegation was received by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kasidech Sutthivanich, Vice President for University Council Affairs, along with Mr.Theerachet Paengthirasukmai, Director of the Digital Interdisciplinary and Robotics Institute, at Rapheephat conference room, 3rd Floor, Rapeepatthanasak Building, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Thewet campus.
The visit included meetings to discuss collaborative initiatives, particularly focusing on Big Data analysis and management projects, as well as industrial management. The delegation also toured various RMUTP facilities, including:
- The Faculty of Liberal Arts,
- The Jing Shi Institute’s teaching laboratories,
- The Institute of Digital and Robotic Interdisciplinary Studies,
- Laboratories of the Faculty of Science and Technology,
- The Mechatronics Engineering Laboratory,
- The Thai Jewelry and Gem Design Institute Laboratory, and
- The Faculty of Engineering.
Guizhou Vocational College of Industry and RMUTP are network institutions under a signed collaboration agreement, focusing on joint operations at the Jing Shi Institute and the Digital Interdisciplinary and Robotics Institute. These institutes aim to provide academic services to society and enhance educational standards. They also play a critical role in developing high-potential human resources in engineering and technology, preparing professionals for both domestic and international careers. These efforts are anchored at RMUTP’s Faculty of Engineering, North Bangkok Campus.
