Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon congratulates the students from the Faculty of Engineering for winning 9 awards at the 15th National Rajamangala Engineering Academic Competition, held from August 1-3, 2024, at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin (RMUTR), Wang Klai Kangwon Campus. The awards received include two first-place awards in the competition for designing and developing IoT systems to connect innovations to community farms and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) competition by students from the Mechatronics Engineering program.
Additionally, students from the Mechatronics Engineering program won four first runner-up awards in the competitions for industrial automation systems, autonomous mobile robots with vision systems, designing and installing motor control panels with PLC, and the Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering program students won a first runner-up award for designing a 5G microstrip antenna for IoT devices. Moreover, students from the Mechatronics Engineering program also received a second runner-up award in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) competition. Civil Engineering students won a second runner-up award in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) competition, and Mechanical Engineering students received a second runner-up award in the Cooperative Education Project Contest in the Science and Technology category.
This competition served as a platform to showcase the professional skills and potential of students from all 9 Rajamangala Universities of Technology, as well as an opportunity for academic knowledge and skill exchange.
