Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), through its Personnel Division, organized a training program on career advancement for support staff, titled “Analytical Work Techniques.” The event was inaugurated by Asst. Prof. Dr.Prin Boonkanit, Vice President for Administrative, Research, and Innovation Development, on March 6, 2024, at the Big Data Room, Ratchaburi Direkrit Building, Thewet Campus.
The training aims to systematically advance staff positions, emphasize the importance of enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies, and provide opportunities for staff to create effective work outcomes. The goal is to help participants develop their work to meet the mission of their respective departments and prepare for higher positions.
Dr. Jarongsak Pumnuan, an expert scientist from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, was invited as the keynote speaker. His presentation covered topics such as:

Participants will be able to apply the knowledge and techniques gained to develop routine work into quality service innovations, adapt to changing regulations, and enhance effectiveness. The training was attended by 49 participants, including civil servants in higher education institutions and support staff from RMUTP.
