Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Advances in Producing New Breed Graduates, Developing Future Competency Skills

Producing graduates ready to work in establishments immediately is a primary goal of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The university continuously supports this goal through various activities. Recently, Associate Professor Dr. Nattachote Rugthaicharoencheep, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development, opened the “New Breed Graduate Production Project: Developing Future Competency Skills” at the Mongkol Arpha Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Business Administration, on January 12, 2024.

This project is a collaboration between the Faculty of Business Administration, RMUTP, and the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, with 200 participants, including students and the general public, at the Mongkol Arpha Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Business Administration.

Associate Professor Dr. Nattachote stated that marketing knowledge is a crucial foundation for any business. Participants in this training will gain knowledge, skills, and marketing communication techniques to succeed, providing an opportunity to connect knowledge and experiences that meet learners’ needs for self-development and efficient knowledge enhancement.

Assistant Professor Dr. Rattanavalee Maisak, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, stated that the faculty, in collaboration with the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, organized this project to emphasize the importance of workforce development with competencies that meet production sector needs, in line with the Thai higher education reform policy (Non-Degree). The project features various activities, including a seminar on “Developing Future Competency Skills for New Breed Marketing Graduates” by national business representatives, including Mr. Suraphol Jarupong, owner of Smart Farmer and the Integrated Agricultural Learning Center, Mr. Arun Kingkaew, Education Network Management Manager at CP All Public Co., Ltd., and Mr. Thanathip Chongfuengprinya, Human Resource Management Assistant Manager at Major Cineplex Group Public Co., Ltd.

Additionally, there are lectures on social media marketing concepts, types of social media, and social media marketing operations by Mr. Pat Wisuphanon from Pixel Serum Co., Ltd., reflecting the commitment to developing quality graduates for national and international society.
