On November 3, 2022, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) corporate with ZyGen Co., Ltd arranged an event of “RMUTP Job Fair” or Entrepreneurship Week on Metaverse Platform. Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP presided over and said that this event of RMUTP Job Fair was an online activity compliance with ‘Metaverse’ Technology to build a platform of entrepreneurship network for guiding new graduates to learn the recruitment process, interviewing, and freelance or entrepreneurship through Metaverse Learning Experience. This event was supported by Bangkok Employment Office Area 8, Bangkok Social Security Office Area 1, and 29 Companies that performed booth exhibitions and recruited more than 50 positions which received much attention from the 3rd – 4th year students of 9 faculties.
“Metaverse Job Fair is one of institutional evolution to be the digital university with physical world learning. Students will experience Metaverse by choosing their avatar in virtual reality and meeting all entrepreneurs, suddenly interviewing each company’s human resource, and sharing the must-know about Labor Laws and Social Security Benefits before joining the labor market. RMUTP strives to improve our graduates to have academic qualifications and meet the needs of Industry 4.0. Our university is ready to produce our graduates to have advanced knowledge like ‘Knowledge Worker’ or qualified labor to compliance with our graduates’ identity of “Hands-on, Keenness, Determination, Technology Expertise, and Integrity” Dr.Natworapol continued.
